Notice the abdomen rising and falling as you breathe.
Find calm & stillness in your gentle focus on your breath.
Then, repeat the words below to yourself:
May I be peaceful,
May I be happy,
May I be well,
May I be well,
May I be safe,
May I be free from suffering.
